About Greg James:

"Never leave a stone unturned….." After years in the Real Estate business, I have learned that one can never be thorough enough! Rick and I pride ourselves on our ability to meet challenges, overturn obstacles, make deadlines, and even anticipate potential problems. Our constant attention to details allows us to stay "one step ahead" in most cases. We have yet to be "conquered" by anything!

I care about my clients! I stay in touch with my past and present clients on a regular basis. With technology today, either Rick or I am always accessible….via telephone, my cellular phone, fax, or e-mail. We keep our clients informed about the market here - or just pass on bits of information we feel they will appreciate. Most of our clients are either past clients and/or give their referrals to others…..What I endearingly call "repeat offenders"! Since a lot of our clients purchase property here as a "second home" and/or "investment property," they generally actually live in other parts of the country. When they come to visit, we always get together for dinner or a golf game….And if I'm ever traveling, I know I have friends to visit!

My reputation proceeds me… I have been very active in the Hilton Head Island community for years through my Rotary Club, Leadership Hilton Head, and the other organizations. In addition to my "recreational" affiliations, I have also earned respect and a valuable reputation among my fellow Realtors®. I was elected as Hilton Head Island Realtor® of the Year in 1995 and was voted as President of the over five hundred membership of Hilton Head Area Association of Realtors® in 1998. I have also served on the Board of Realtors® -- on both the local and State level -- as well as on the Board of our Multiple Listing Service. Having been elected to these positions exemplifies my true commitment to the Realtor Code of Ethics® as well as to the community in general. I take great pride in being an active, contributing member in all of my areas of interest.

About Rick Saba:

Desire...that sums up my persona in one word. The desire to accomplish goals in the work place, in the community, and in my personal life. With over 7 years of successful sales experience in a variety of market locations, the one constant focus that never changes, is that the customer is always the number one priority. Since moving to Hilton Head Island and working along side Greg James at the Wm F. Hilton team, that concept is stronger than ever. A resident for three years, I have already established a foot hold in the community. My first year, I started a Men's Lacrosse Club and set up a Youth program with a few of the fathers in the area. The second year, we formed an association and held a variety of tournaments that help raise money for various charities that directly touched our Island residents. Last year, playing music at some of the local clubs, I put togther a humorous CD that promoted a wide range of topics and locations on the Island. I love Hilton Head Island, for it's location, it's fun, but most importantly, it's people and I know you will too!

Philosophy: People are my concern, and I will not sell you a home, villa, or any piece of property, until you are completely positive. Remember, this is a relationship you're building. When I purchased my first home, I felt very clear in my decision, and I still keep in touch with my Realtor to this day. That is the kind of relationship we have here at the Wm F.
